We LOVE Nitro*A*gogo® Kustoms!

If you love the vintage, retro, drag racing inspired look, you will fall in love with Nitro*A*gogo!® Kustoms.

Leeza Diehl, owner and designer of Nitro*A*gogo!®, attended art and design school in southern California. She modeled in the vintage fashion world and began designing clothing and bikinis in the late ’90s. She later graduated over to designing handbags and accessories. Her Nitro*A*gogo!®! brand of handbags is inspired by the main elements and loves in her life; her pro drag racer husband, Jeff, surfing and fashion. She designs and creates 100% of her line.

Her brand started from a little piece of black metal flake vinyl that her husband gave her, which was left over from the interior of a custom car he had worked on. She made a wallet out of it that was much like a wallet her dad had had made for her in the same material when she was younger. She thought it was really cute and showed it to a few people. They loved it and subsequently asked her to design one for them, too.

From there she made a bunch more and started selling them in her husband’s race pit at the drag races. It brought in a little income on the side and let her get started doing what she had always wanted to do. Leeza was approached by a drag racing photographer who offered to help market her brand and build the Nitro*A*gogo!® website, and the rest is colorful history.
